Hotel All Season, Kollam

My stay here was quite mixed. The hospitality from the staff was outstanding, and the view of the lake was spectacular. However, I was disappointed by the maintenance issues in the room and the overall state of the pool area, which deterred me from using it. The experience was marred by these negatives, yet the positive interactions with the staff did help lighten the experience.
